Batch centrifugals
A comprehensive electrical package that optimizes operations, performance and energy efficiency of batch centrifugal machines. We can, for example, replace obsolete parts and/or upgrade from DC to AC technology, and add security devices. We also offer an upgrade of the Cail & Fletcher ZUKA® batch centrifugal, adding a second discharger while keeping the same electrical drive. This optimizes its performance by two additional cycles/hour.
Continuous centrifugals
A complete package to modernize existing continuous centrifugals. This service delivers increased capacity, reduced water consumption, and up to 20% energy savings.
Continuous Vacuum Pans
Extending their capacity and upgrading the control system, enhancing the performance of the continuous vacuum pans.
Cane mills
We offer turnkey rehabilitation on site, including upgrades to existing mills with self-aligned bearings, headstock repairs and headstock boring rebuilds. This reduces lubricant consumption by 50% when combined with a sealing system. It also increases the performance and extends the lifetime of equipment by decades.
*Modernizations and upgrades are also available for sugar beet diffusers, steam turbines and cane shredders, to reduce downtime and increase equipment performance.
