In particular, our team made of Danielle Lemaire and François Boudot will describe our comprehensive solution for recycling concrete from deconstruction, based on FCB Rhodax® selective crushing technology and its performance linked to the concept of in-bed material compression, and on the efficiency of the FCB TSV™ dynamic classifier in dry process. Our solution enables optimal recovery of the different concrete components (gravels, sand and cement paste) for reuse as new materials and avoiding the extraction of new resources from quarries.They will be recycled in the preparation of new concrete or reintroduced into the cement production process to reduce CO2 emissions.
