Liaoning 518's continued confidence in Landis technologies
On April 22, 2020, Fives secured an order from Liaoning 518 Internal Combustion Engine Fitting Co., LTD, an engine parts manufacturer (Tier One) located in Dandong, (Liaoning Province), northeast China.
The project involves the supply of five Landis LT2He grinding machines for machining large crankshafts for heavy trucks, combining the expertise of the UK and China-based Grinding | Ultra Precision teams.
This contract illustrates Liaoning 518's continued confidence in Landis technologies and the expertise of the Grinding | Ultra Precision teams as it follows a first order for the same type of machines in 2018, and a second one in 2019 for two large marine crankshaft grinding machines to be delivered in late 2020 and early 2021.
