Eastern Sugar renews its confidence in Fives
In 2022, Eastern Sugar launched an ambitious modernization program of its Watthana sugar plant in Thailand to improve the sugar quality and reduce its steam consumption. As part of this program, the replacement of the heavy-duty long-lasting batch centrifugals C411 delivered by Fives in the early 80’s was scheduled. Eastern Sugar renewed its confidence in Fives’ technology and Fives Fletcher Thailand has been awarded a contract for the supply of 2 modern Cail & Fletcher batch centrifugals D412.
The Cail & Fletcher batch centrifugals D412 have been selected for their robustness, reliability, excellent process performances, and ease of operation and maintenance. In addition, the full stainless-steel version of the centrifugals, perfectly meets the highest quality standards of modern sugart factories such as Eastern Sugar’s ones.
Fives Fletcher Thailand is Fives’ subsidiary located in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
