Our complete tightness testing process management is based on proven technologies and pioneering design – all customized to meet your individual requirements.

RapidCharge® T Pressure Decay Technology

Flexible, efficient and sustainable tightness testing

Our RapidCharge® T Pressure Decay Technology uses environmentally-friendly tracer gases, such as Helium or Hydrogen/Nitrogen, together with pioneering detection technologies, to identify pressure leaks and to test equipment tightness.

Absolute or relative pressure tests are both possible with this flexible technology, which can be adapted to work on pre-assembled parts, with no need to localize leakage.

  • Highly versatile
  • Energy efficient
  • Cost-effective
  • Fully customizable
  • Use any type of gas
  • Suitable for high and low production volumes
