Outstanding NOx result on the Pillard NANOxFLAM® without FGR
The customer chose Fives for its ability to provide a low-polluting solution without FGR. The customer's initial objective was to achieve emissions of 20ppm NOx@4% O2 with low excess air while maintaining a very low level of CO.
Several months after commissioning, the Pillard NANOxFLAM® burners perfectly met the customer's expectations. Indeed, the emission rates recorded are on average 17 ppm@4% O2 with a very fast ramp-up while remaining below the guarantee values. Thanks to the low excess air, the efficiency exceeds the customer's expectations over the entire operating range.
