La Poste awards Fives with retrofitting of Roissy Hub to meet compliance requirements
Within Fives Group, Intralogistics and Conveying teams worked together to give rise to the solution selected by La Poste.
Connected to upstream and downstream existing networks, Fives solution enables to ensure the tracking of a wide variety of objects by the means of barcode reader tunnels and RFID system. Interfaced with new security equipment, a control command system monitors and sorts the objects.
Fully operational on November 2019, Fives solution will allow La Poste to meet new aviation security requirements and operate up to 3 300 parcels per hour.
