High-productivity OTO tube mill and finishing equipment at Aceros Arequipa

The new OTO tube mill will be designed, supplied, and installed by Fives to produce tubes for construction and structural applications. The line will handle wall thicknesses up to 2 mm and diameters up to 40 mm. It will also feature a state-of-the-art packaging section, enabling Aceros Arequipa to produce tube bundles at very high speed.
Advanced software packages will support operators in both equipment operation and preventive maintenance activities. The fully automated workflow minimizes manual intervention, reducing operator exposure to risk and enhancing overall plant safety.
