Fives Successfully exhibited at AMTS 2025
From July 9 to 11, 2025, Fives made a remarkable appearance at the 20th Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology & Materials Show (AMTS 2025), showcasing its new RapidCharge® Filling Adaptors and DeckerSealingTM Hoseless Smart Sealing System.

Fives New Generation RapidCharge® Filling Adaptor
AMTS is China’s largest automotive manufacturing technology and equipment exhibition and a globally leading event in the automotive engineering industry. This year, AMTS brought together 800 exhibitors from nearly 20 countries & regions, attracting 38,859 visitors (5% increase from the previous year). Aligning with AMTS’s focus on electrification, intelligent manufacturing, and green production, Fives comprehensively showcased its efficient filling and sealing solutions for Automotive, E-mobility, Auto Parts and Hydrogen, along with its International Service & Technical Support capabilities.

Debut of New Products, Aligning with Market Demand
At this exhibition, Fives launched the new-generation RapidCharge® Adaptors <Beyond> and <Light>—to meet market needs for diverse liquid filling with customized solutions:
- The new-generation Beyond Adaptor, which can manage any types of fluids.
- The new-generation Light Adaptor, which is specifically designed for refrigerant fluids, aims at optimizing day-to-day production operations and maintenance teams.
Another debut product, DeckerSealingTM Hoseless Smart Sealing System, was developed to meet customers’ high standards for flexible sealing applications. It is primarily used in body shops, welding shops, and prototyping workshops. Equipped with customized intelligent glue sealing technology, it enables smart glue dispensing and automatic replenishment through 3D vision and digital technologies. The system detects issues like glue breakage or insufficient glue (e.g., bubbles) via 3D vision, automatically triggers an alarm, and allows manual confirmation before automatic replenishment—making the process smarter, more precise, and more efficient.
Gathering Experts, International Service & Technical Support
During the exhibition, Fives experts from China, Japan, and South Korea gathered at the booth to meet with customers and partners from various countries, including China, Europe, Japan, and South Korea, etc. To address the strong overseas expansion demands of Chinese car manufacturers, Fives Filling & Sealing leverages its 5 global production plants and 8 service centers, along with the extensive network of hundreds branches of Fives Group worldwide, to provide timely and effective global service & technical support, ensuring a smooth overseas expansion.
Industry Recognition: A+ Awards Sustainability Leadership Award
2025 marks the 20th anniversary of AMTS, which specially established the A+ Awards for Automotive Intelligent Manufacturing Pioneers. On the first day of the exhibition, a grand 20th -Anniversary Celebration and Awards Ceremony were held. Fives stood out among 73 companies and 126 products/solutions with its HFO Filling Solution, winning the Sustainability Leadership Award.
This award recognizes companies and projects that have made outstanding contributions to green and low-carbon initiatives, energy conservation, emission reduction, environmental protection, cost efficiency, setting an industry benchmark for sustainable development in the automotive industry’s transformation.
