Once again, Fives teams in Golbey, France, proved that they could successfully rise to complex challenges and ensure that their client would receive their equipment on time.

In only 3 months, the Energy | Cryogenics teams built a cold box for a gas plant in Saudi Arabia for Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd, an impressive record time!

Indeed, it usually takes 6 to 8 months to design and manufacture similar cold boxes.

Weighing 52 tons and composed of 3 brazed aluminum heat exchangers (BAHX), the cold box could be built thanks to the skills, energy, and involvement of the teams, who had to, on top of a tight schedule, also work while complying with safety protocols in a time of Covid-19 and distancing rules.
