This automation is a key enabler of Agorando’s strategic evolution. While the company has deep roots in media logistics, this new system is designed to support its transition into a premier general e-commerce fulfillment provider. The smart automation solution features a fully integrated technology ecosystem within a 1,500-square-meter footprint:
- 75% of the operation is driven by the Caja goods-to-person robotics automation solution, providing the flexibility to manage diverse SKUs and fluctuating order volumes.
- A complete end-to-end ecosystem by Fives, where advanced conveyor technology and proprietary packaging software are seamlessly integrated with the robotic core to ensure a unified, high-speed material flow from storage to shipping.
