Fives OTO Day: remarkable moments
The event has a long history in gathering team members and their families together. It dates back to 2010 and has always been appreciated by employees who can proudly show their professional life to family members, have informal exchanges with colleagues and play with children in the company’s garden.

Fives OTO Day has always been a moment of celebration and sharing between colleagues from our three production sites, as well as an opportunity to demonstrate our professional passion to our families. It’s a very happy moment for me and my family and I would like to thank everyone who made this special day possible,” – says Luca Rappo, Chief Executive Officer of Fives OTO.
More than 300 people gathered together at Fives OTO’s premises in Boretto on a sunny day of September 16, 2023 to share some remarkable moments: a guided visit to the workshops to discover a tube mill assembly process, mill production movies, a photo booth, a magic show for children, an open buffet, live music and a lottery. More than 20 prizes, including mountain bikes, local products, vacation packages and gift certificates, were raffled off in a lottery ending this enjoyable day with smiles on the faces of adults and children alike.
“It was a pleasure to see my daughter so curious about my work. Although she is only five years old, she told me that she wants to learn how to create tube mills in the future,” said Marika Di Cicco, Financial Assistant of Fives OTO.
“I was proud to share my passion for engineering and have shown my family the places and projects I work on every day. It was a nice way to experience the company in a different way by guiding groups along the workshop and explaining the working process. I hope there will be more happy moments like this,” commented Damian Poloni, Mechanical Engineer of Fives OTO.
