In January 2021, Fives delivered a particularly innovative automated box assembly line to Schmidt Group.
As another proof of the trust Schmidt placed in Fives, our customer asked us to develop a flexible automated line for assembling a wide variety of furniture at high production rates.
The unit includes a conveying line, manual assembly stations, a screwing robot equipped with 4 digital screwdrivers, a gluing robot and a framing cell with 3 robots and a automated box stacking cell.
Particularly simple compared to competitors' solutions, this assembly line will provide unprecedented reliability.
