First clinker production at Chlef cement plant - Algeria

On March 2nd, 2020, the 6000 tpd cement plant delivered by Fives to E.C.D.E. (GICA Group) produced its first clinker.

This pyro-line is featuring Fives’ technologies, such as the FCB Zero-NOx Preca, the FCB rotary Kiln, the FCB hot process bag filters (raw meal & cooler) and the Pillard NOVAFLAM®, all selected for their performance and reliability.

The first cement production is expected very soon through three FCB B-mills.
