Empowering younger generation at Industry Week

Industry Week, an annual event held across France, offers a unique opportunity to foster innovation, showcase expertise, and highlight career prospects within the industry. Fives Celes took the opportunity to host an open house in collaboration with local schools, ENSISA and Lycée Deck, to raise awareness among the younger generation about the opportunities in industry, particularly in the field of induction.

Rewarding immersive experience

Around twenty students visited the Fives Celes manufacturing site in Alsace, following a rich and varied program showcasing the company's and the Fives Group's unique expertise. They explored the assembly processes, the test platform, and the expertise center, including a demonstration of induction heating.

"I appreciated the positive working environment and clear explanations. The demonstration platform is really fascinating, helping to discover the industrial world," shares Hadil Abahmane, an ENSISA student.

"This event offered us the opportunity to showcase our expertise in induction and raise awareness among future talents about our professions. In the past, we have successfully recruited interns and apprentices from these schools," emphasizes Linda Amari, Human Resources Manager at Fives Celes.

These visits allowed participants to discover a dynamic environment rich in expertise, far from the often automated image of industry. It reflects Fives' commitment to the future of industry, fostering innovation and inspiring professional career paths.
