China Glass, building a greener future
Fives’ team welcomed over 400 customers and visitors, including top leaders of glass manufacturers, during four days of the exhibition, showcasing their advanced technologies.
The main focus was concentrated on float and photovoltaic (PV) glass lines design and production. China is the world’s biggest manufacturer of PV products aiming to increase renewable energy sources.
Fives has been successfully putting forward annealing lehrs into operation in China for local photovoltaic glass manufactures.
The equipment features:
- Optimized heating to thickness and width requirements
- Up to seven transversal cooling zones for smoother control
- Specific solution for high-capacity production of ultra-thin glass
- Accurate thermal balance calculation and proportional control system
The new annealing lehr for ultra-thin glass with a ribbon up to 6,000 mm evoked a real interest at China Glass and attracted new prospects.
Fives' participation in China Glass 2023 demonstrated a real success for advanced technologies and to build a greener future.
