Baowu and Fives Group strengthen their long-term cooperation

He expressed his gratitude to Fives for its long-term cooperation and support, adding that Fives’ products and technologies have played a very important role.
Frédéric Sanchez highlighted that Fives and Bawou have maintained a good cooperative relationship for a long time. Baowu has provided Fives with many valuable cooperation opportunities and has always supported the company’s continuous growth and development. He also stated that Fives Group is proud of the successful explorations that both sides have made in the development of the steel industry.
Cooperative history
Baowu Group and Fives Group have a longstanding history of cooperation that began in 1982. More recently, the cooperation has expanded to include strip processing lines and cold rolling mills for electrical steel, which are in high demand in China.
In this spirit of cooperation, this year also marks the 60th anniversary of China and France's diplomatic relations which have led to development opportunities in various fields, including the steel industry. These relations are a part of the longstanding history which have enabled the two groups to successfully maintain their cooperative relationship.
