A new success for Pillard NANOxFLAM® on multi-burner boiler application
Both burners are installed on 2 levels on the front wall of a 55 t/h (30 barg, 290°C) water tube steam boiler.
The commissioning of the boiler with the burners has been successfully completed. During the test, both Pillard NANOxFLAM® burners operated simultaneously and in single mode, with turn down ratios of 1:6 each.
In all operation conditions they have fallen below the contractual agreed emission values of NOx<50 and CO<15mg/Nm3 @3% O2 without external flue gas recirculation and without any other secondary flue gas treatment measures.
