even better performance and closer to the field
CortX Alchemy, CortX Alchemy, Fives CortX's digital solution for machine data collection and advanced analysis, continues to evolve with its 2026 version. This new version marks a significant step forward for manufacturers seeking greater performance and operational control over their equipment and processes. Built around expanded industrial connectivity, a more intuitive user experience, and enhanced use cases designed to better meet challenges in maintenance, quality and production efficiency.
Key developments in version 2026
DiziScop
Connectivity
The DiziScop tool, the data acquisition engine at the heart of CortX Alchemy, allows you to collect, configure and process machine data. It enables industrials to capture operational data directly from equipment and either process it locally on the shop floor or automatically publish it to the Alchemy server or a customer‑hosted server for centralized analysis and monitoring.
Main new features :
- Subscription mode for the OPC UA client driver: improved compatibility for all types of OPC UA servers and optimized network traffic.
- OPC UA server-type publisher: easier distribution of acquired data to other OPC UA-compatible software, for simplified centralization and sharing of production information.
- Optimization of equipment data labeling import and export: comprehensive machine data labeling management (renaming, re-addressing, parameter modification), improving control and productivity on large projects.
- Implementation of an incremental machine data labeling browser: faster and more selective exploration of equipment with a large number of variables.
- Connectivity and software diagnostic system: visualization of data acquisition status and disconnections, facilitating real-time diagnosis and monitoring.
Shopfloor Diagnostic Tool
Designed for machine foot diagnostics, this use case integrated into the DiziScop tool allows you to analyze and view acquisition data locally in order to quickly identify anomalies.
Main new features
- Acquisition Calendar module: definition of recording periods and automatic splitting of scopx files [SW1] within a production day, for more detailed organization of the data collected.
Alchemy
Alchemy Serveur
Once the data has been collected, it can be published directly on the Alchemy Server, which allows machine data to be viewed and utilized.
Key new features:
- Advanced dashboards via Gateway Manager: rapid diagnosis of gateway health status, with display of usage metrics and visual alerts, to facilitate fleet management by IT teams.
Influencing Parameters Control
Designed for monitoring key production parameters, this use case enables automatic and accurate tracking of variable changes, rapid identification of deviations, and optimization of process control.
Main new features:
- Creation of control envelopes: precise drift control, based on a reference envelope, calculated from historical data applicable to cyclical signals
- Improved dashboards: visualization of deviations and trends (max/min values), with immediate alerts, for more relevant and representative monitoring of critical and cyclical parameters
Dry Run Cycle Analysis
Designed for controlling machine axis movements, this use case allows high-frequency operating data to be recorded and any drift, such as variations in axis currents or backlash when ball screws reverse, to be detected quickly.
Key new features:
- New reference calibration interface: multiple axis selection and simplified navigation, replacing the previous axis-by-axis configuration.
- Improved display performance: optimization of reference envelope size through simplified algorithms.
This new version is a continuation of our commitment:
to continuously improve the transformation of your data into industrial performance drivers.
