Bringing advanced robotics to Anode Rodding Shops

Through this partnership, Fives ECL will integrate cutting‑edge robotic solutions into its Anode Rodding Shops (ARS). These systems can be seamlessly connected upstream and downstream with SOFIA (Smart On‑the‑Fly Inspection and Analysis), the Fives’ solution designed to characterize anode butt process parameters and improve operational quality.

Norda Stelo’s robotics division brings more than 30 years of experience in designing and integrating advanced robotic systems for aluminium smelters.
