Overhead Cranes

Chain and Wire Rope Hoists

Hoists are designed to ensure precise and controlled lifting operations across a wide range of industrial environments. They are available in manual or powered configurations, including electric and, in some cases, pneumatic options.

As essential mechanical devices, hoists typically consist of a lifting mechanism, a pulley system, and a chain or wire rope. They are commonly integrated into overhead cranes, jib cranes, and monorail systems in industrial settings.

Jib Cranes

Jib cranes are designed for flexible and localized lifting and handling operations involving controlled rotational movement. They provide efficient load positioning within a defined work area, making them well suited for workstations, assembly lines, and production zones where precision and accessibility are essential.

Available in several configurations, including wall-mounted, free-standing (column-mounted), and articulated designs, jib cranes can be adapted to a wide range of space constraints and load capacities. Gantry Cranes

Gantry cranes are designed for load handling and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments when no dedicated supporting structure is available. Robust and versatile, they are particularly well suited for operations requiring lifting over large working areas.

A gantry crane consists of a horizontal beam supporting the lifting mechanism, mounted on two vertical legs in the case of a full gantry, or on a single vertical leg for a semi-gantry configuration. Depending on operational requirements, gantry cranes can be rail-mounted or wheel-mounted, used in permanent or temporary installations, and equipped with hoists or winches adapted to the loads being handled. Their design ensures stability, safety, and reliable performance, even in the most demanding industrial conditions.

Monorails

Monorail systems are designed to ensure efficient load movement along predefined paths. Unlike overhead cranes, they consist of a fixed beam on which a trolley and hoist travel in a single axis, making them well suited for repetitive or linear handling tasks.

Depending on site requirements, monorail systems can be suspended from the building structure or self-supporting, offering flexibility in installation. They can be configured in straight lines, curves, with switches or in closed-loop systems, and are available in manual or powered versions.
