- Tri-Sort SDX+PTM Linear Parcel Shoe Sorter can support mono-lateral (at 198 m/min, or 650 ft/min) or bi-lateral (at 122 m/min, or 400 ft/min) configuration divert switch designs. This allows greater flexibility to divert up to 18,000 oversized parcels per hour to a parallel conveyor, or to direct parcels to another part of the facility as needed;
- Singulators convert bulk flows of packages, small parcels, packets, large envelopes and flyers with high accuracy (error rate of 1 per 10,000 items = the industry’s highest singulation rate);
- GENI-BeltTM cross-belt sorters, which offer unrivaled precision of 99.99% and outstanding sorting capacity, regardless of item type;
- The Swiveler Wheel Diverter processes between 1,500 and 6,800 parcels per hour, including both standard and small items. The system is designed to handle different kinds of items, such as carton boxes, flat items and polybags.
