CHINA’S LEADING CEMENT COMPANY CHOOSES FIVES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF ITS CLINKER AND REDUCE ITS ENERGY CONSUMPTION

The Conch group, China’s leading cement company, chose Fives’ combustion technologies to improve the quality of its clinker while minimizing energy consumption required for production. Conch placed an order for thirty Pillard NOVAFLAM® Evolution+ burners that perfectly meet its needs. 

Thanks to its mixing efficiency and unrivaled tuning capacities, the Pillard NOVAFLAM® Evolution+ produces an intense flame to improve the quality of clinker and thus reduce its proportion in cement production. As clinker production generates CO₂, using less in the cement mix significantly reduces this cement producer's emissions. 

Since its launch just over a year ago, the Pillard NOVAFLAM® Evolution is a real commercial success with over 100 units already sold, notably to major cement groups like CRH, Heidelberg, Holcim, Ultratech and Vicat.
