THIS SOLUTION OFFERS CLEAN AND EFFICIENT COMBUSTION with an optimized injection system to REDUCE NOX EMISSIONS at the source.
Thanks to outstanding efforts by the teams and strict management of all supply, design and manufacturing stages in a complex logistical and public health context, the furnaces could restart in the scheduled time frames once gas arrived on site.

HELIOS offers perfectly even anode baking while reducing energy consumption and furnace emissions. It includes the Amelios suite baking module, our digital solution for tracking anodes, which analyzes data and offers key performance indicators to track and optimize the baking process. A furnace chamber monitoring module compiles observations in the field to track refractories and schedule maintenance.
The anodes used during electrolytic reduction of aluminium production should be baked beforehand for several days at 1,100°C in furnaces heated with natural gas or heating oil.
