Launch of the second session of the Machine-Tool Maintenance Training program

Ecole de formation Cinetic Service 725 402-FIVES

On October 4, 2013 Fives Cinetic launched the second session of its Machine-Tool Maintenance Training program.

The first session, which opened in October 2012, included seven students who are about to graduate. Successful trainees will be awarded a CQPI multi-industry professional qualification certificate, which is recognized in the industrial sector.

The 2013 session is modeled after the previous session and will welcome six new students who over a 14-month period will alternate between one week of theory classes and three weeks of practical training on site at a Cinetic Service contract maintenance location: SNECMA in Corbeil, Gennevilliers and Vernon, Aircelle in Le Havre and Jeumont Electric in Jeumont.
In this second session, Cinetic Service will once again call upon its expert machine-tool technicians to teach the students to make preventive and corrective maintenance calls on machine-tools like lathes, milling machines, grinding machines and NC machining centers.

The project, which is part of a partnership with the AFPI of Yonne (Association de Formation Professionnel pour l'Industrie), aims to make up for the structural lack of qualified workers and to train maintenance technicians specialized in machine-tools, a key sector for the Cinetic Service business.
