Fives and Cognor, a major steelmaker in Poland, fired up a new reheating furnace to increase the production capacity at the Cognor Ferrostal Labedy plant, in Krakow, Poland. The first hot billet was successfully discharged, as planned and at the first attempt, marking an important achievement in the company’s expansion program.
