Fives Solios has been awarded a contract for the supply of two Xelios vibrocompacting machines with twin tables, by SHAANXI NONFERROUS HOLDING GROUP YULIN NEW MATERIAL Co. Ltd, for their new Aluminium smelter to be located in Shaanxi Province in China. This new smelter using SAMI technology will produce 700,000 tons of aluminum per year.
Fives Engineering Shanghai, the Fives 's engineering and manufacturing subsidiary in China, will be involved in the manufacturing of some plate works with pre-cabling, as well as in the supply of MCCs and control cabinets.
After the Chalco / Liancheng order obtained in 2010, this new contract demonstrates the technological advancement of Fives Solios in the field of high density anode forming.
