Based on its expertise in the domain of electrolysis reduction lines by having supplied its first machine in 1972 and sold more than 30 machines through out the past five years, Five Solios offers its new generation of vibrocompactors: XELIOS, the Anode Forming Solution for Electrolysis.
XELIOS has been designed to produce high density anodes in order to meet the needs of increasing amperage in the electrolysis reduction lines or compensate for the degradation of the quality of coke.
Mechanical design
Fitted with one or two tables depending on required production capacity
A pneumatic suspension with 4 inflatable bellows per table
An ultimate vacuum system up to 20 mbars
A hood for back pressure adjusted by inflatable bellows
A lifting hydraulic system of the mould for anode ejection
Continuous measurement with no contact of the entire length and height of anode by laser. Possibility to visualize the higher profile of the anode
A mobile transfer hopper for feeding mould
Paste repartitor for even feeding of transfer hopper
A vibration driving system with frequency for precise weighing of the quantity of paste per anode, rotating to eject paste and eventual draining of the mixers
Possible paste rejection in between the tables for drainage of the transfer hopper if necessary.
