Revamping and reducing emissions of the Braila Power Station (Romania)

In 1999, further to launching the revamping project for Bucharest South, CONEL (today called TERMOELECTRICA) obtained a financial help from the EC for revamping 2 boilers (A & B) of the BRAILA power station (South East of Romania).

The project was awarded to ALSTOM POWER (France) who sub-contracted the replacement of the burners to Fives Pillard.
