At end 2004, the Algiers refinery decided to put inconformity with the new European regulation the emission level, the BMS and the gas safety shut-off valve sets of 2 x Stein & Roubaix 47 t/hr boilers, originally equipped with Foyers Turbine burners, further to their retubing.
