Polytubes®
The Polytube® is a fluidic cable designed for control, regulation or analysis and sampling. The bundle of tubes is made either of copper, stainless steel, Rilsan, polyethylene or aluminium. The Fives Nordon Polytube® provides a three-fold advantage:
Times savings, as it reduces work during installation and the number of connections,
Space savings, as the spirally-assembled tubes significantly reduces overall bulkiness,
Increased quality, as external cladding protects the tubes from outside forces and thus provides better resistance.
Specificities of the range:
Polytubes® T : this is a bundle of one or several tubes covered with thermal insulation and exterior protective cladding.

* Simple heat-insulated tubing, type 100
* Tubing for steam tracing, type 200, 202, 300
* Tube with electrical heat tracing, type 110, 120.
R Polytubes® : this is a bundle of one or several tubes assembled in a helix and covered with exterior protective cladding.

Internal tube cleaning
Various devices are proposed to mechanically clean and unclog linear or bent tubes :
electric "tubenet" device with flexible transmission,
pneumatic or electric drills,
pneumatic motors penetrating into the tubes,
hydraulic guns with accessories and tools.
