The SBIR cross belt sorter consists of a series of small belt conveyor units, each independently operated, enabling items to be gently transferred from induction to final destination without impact, sliding or rolling with precisely controlled trajectories.
The belt to belt transfer avoids tilting, so even open top boxes or trays can be handled.
The SBIR SD is a high speed cross belt sorter particularly suited for sorting items from 20g up to 30 kg weight with the highest levels of accuracy.
The SBIR SD is available as SD-2D, SD-A, SD-B, SD-W.
