Cinetic Landis Corp. – CITCO Products and Gardner Abrasives announced several personnel promotions. At the Chardon, Ohio facility, Suzanne Viall has been named Office Manager, Monica Baker has been named Customer Service Specialist, Yvonne McMillin has been named Customer Service Representative and Judy Srebernak has been named Northeast Regional Manager for CITCO & Gardner Abrasives. Promotions were announced by John Leone, Director of Sales & Marketing. The appointed individuals will report to Mr. Leone and Ms. Suzanne Viall.
Suzanne Viall has been with Cinetic Landis Corp. for 3 years. Prior to joining Cinetic Landis, Ms. Viall was the Treasurer for Saints John & Paul Catholic School System and conducted Accounting and Finance duties for University Hospitals Cleveland. Ms. Viall has been promoted from Accounting Coordinator to that of Office Manager. In her new position Ms. Viall will be responsible for accounting duties and will oversee and help develop the office staff. Ms. Viall said “I am looking forward to branching out and working with Customer Service, Sales and other areas of our company”.
Ms. Viall holds a degree in accounting from Kent State University and resides in Ashtabula, Ohio.
Monica Baker has been with Cinetic Landis Corp. for 7 years. Prior to joining Cinetic Landis, Ms. Baker was an experienced clerical receptionist for JAI, Inc. Ms. Baker has been promoted from Customer Service Representative to that of Customer Service Specialist. In her new position, Ms. Baker will be responsible for leading the Customer Service department while reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Office Manager.
Ms. Baker holds two Associate of Science degrees in Criminal Justice Corrections and Criminal Justice Law Enforcement from Lakeland Community College and resides in Middlefield, Ohio.
Yvonne McMillin is a 15 year employee of Cinetic Landis Corp. Mrs. McMillin has been promoted from Administrative Assistant to that of Customer Service Representative. In her new position, Mrs. McMillin will be working closely with the Customer Service Specialist to assist in leading the Customer Service department. Mrs. McMillin will report directly to the Customer Service Specialist who will also assist her development in her new position.
Judy Srebernak is a 9 month employee of Cinetic Landis Corp. Prior to joining Cinetic Landis Corp. Ms. Srebernak was an experienced Sales Support Manager for Tranzonic Companies. Ms. Srebernak has been promoted from Customer Service Supervisor to that of Northeast Regional Sales Manager. In her new position, Ms. Srebernak will be responsible for sales in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York in addition to managing Distributors and Independent Manufacturing Representatives while reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Ms. Srebernak holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Hiram College in Business Management and resides in Chesterland, Ohio.
