The machined bars, with a diameter of between 8 and 60 mm and a length of between 3000 and 6000 mm, are loaded/unloaded from the machine using a motor-driven roller guide system. The post-process laser gauge with blowing station allows 100% verification of machined parts, compensating in real time for grinding wheel wear. Fixed-center machining combined with the rigidity conferred by the automatic post-process gauge ensures unequalled precision and productivity.
