To meet customers' expectations, Cinetic Landis has created the GrinderCareSM Life Cycle Solutions program, a single source for the hardware, software, training, maintenance and technical support a customer needs from application development to production launch all the way to eventual re-manufacturing.
New and re-manufactured machines will be launched and supported on-site by experienced, factory-trained GrinderCare Service Technicians worldwide and regionally located. GrinderCare telephone Technical Support also will be available instantly from regional offices and Cinetic Landis headquarters.
GrinderCare also offers a comprehensive training program for new machines, plus refresher training for new employees and even aftermarket-machine training for customers who purchase a previously owned grinder and need operator training.
Once machines and systems are in production, GrinderCare provides a regular scheduled service program, quick-response parts supply, worldwide emergency service, and on-demand telephone support. GrinderCare also offers an industry-leading program of “Wellness” inspections to proactively identify impending service and maintenance issues so remedial actions can be scheduled to minimize their impact on production.
In addition, GrinderCare offers engineering and manufacturing support for both mechanical and control system upgrades to deliver the latest technology for existing machines. Available services include re-manufactured components and sub-systems, control hardware and software upgrades, and tooling and application packages. Competitive brand re-tooling and upgrades are also available under the GrinderCare program.
Finally, for machines that have reached the end of their first productive lifetime, GrinderCare remanufacturing operations are co-located with Cinetic Landis’ engineering and manufacturing operations in Hagerstown, Maryland. There customer machines will be re-tooled, upgraded or remanufactured in the same 84,700 sq. ft., state-of-the-art manufacturing space designed to support Lean, globally competitive production.
