Chardon, Ohio, September 22, 2010 – Cinetic Landis Corp. has appointed Judy Srebernak to the newly created position of Customer Service Supervisor for its CITCO Diamond & CBN Products and Gardner Abrasives product brands. The appointment was announced by John Leone, Director of Sales and Marketing for the company.
“Judy Srebernak brings extensive sales customer service and sales support managerial experience to this new position within Cinetic Landis Corp.,” said Mr. Leone. “A combination of direct customer service experience coupled with her experience working with sales personnel strengthens this organization’s commitment to providing superior customer service.”
Ms. Srebernak has worked with independent manufacturer’s representatives, distributors and regional sales managers. Her customer service experience also includes order entry, coordination of shipments with production, expediting customer orders, pricing, RMA’s accounts payable and database management. Ms. Srebernak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hiram College. She resides in Chesterland, Ohio.
