In 2009, Cinetic Filling seized the opportunity to diversify its sealing-test and filling-system activities by taking an interest in new markets such as heat pumps. This is a fast-growing sector for which the technologies developed as part of efforts to find alternative refrigerants for the automotive industry are being applied to the HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) field.
In this context, the Japanese company Sanden entrusted Cinetic Filling with the development of a CO2 filling system and a first vacuum-chamber test unit.
Both these applications have the specific constraint of operating at much higher pressures than those used for the same type of equipment in the automotive industry.
Again in the context of its diversification, Cinetic Filling has just concluded a contract with the Zhender Group, via Acova, a radiator manufacturer best known for its towel-drying ranges.
These recent projects have extended a series of equipment bringing it closer to the standards already implemented by Cinetic Filling for Saunier Duval and Atlantic, two major actors in the area of hybrid domestic boilers.
This is a promising start that proves that Cinetic Filling’s technologies can be extended to various new applications.
