Brian A. Hart has been named Sales Manager in the Western U.S. region and Canada for Cinetic Landis Corp’s CITCO and Gardner Abrasives products. The appointment was announced by John Leone, Director of Sales and Marketing for CITCO Products and Gardner Abrasives.
In the new position, Mr. Hart will cover key accounts and manage and coordinate the activities of manufactures’ representatives in the western U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Hart joined the company in February 2007, with responsibilities for all international sales to Europe and Asia. Most recently, he was Manager of Distribution for North America. Prior to joining Cinetic Landis, he was a Regional manager for Tyrolit abrasives and spent 30 years with Norton Company as a regional and market manager. He has over 35 years experience in sales, marketing and manufacturing management with highly engineered industrial products.
A graduate of Wayne State University and a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Mr. Hart has spoken at several conventions about abrasive products, specifically diamond tooling. He has also been involved in collegiate hockey for 25 years and has officiated at several NCAA finals as well as the Men’s World Championships. Mr. Hart has 5 children and resides in Bradenton, Florida.
