Specialized in the development of overhead and floor-mounted chain conveyors, Cinetic Assembly is offering a new type of equipment intended for conveyor lines and based on a friction-drive system: CFC FrixLine.
This innovation allows for the handling of isolated or inter-linked loads to convey a train of loads. This modular overhead conveyor has the advantage of being fully flexible for the total or partial installation of a handling line. Furthermore, the simplicity of its design ensures excellent reliability and rapid, facilitated customer maintenance.
CFC FrixLine is comprised of three main modules:
The bearing track allowing the anchoring of loads and the integration of the motor unit.
The motor unit, which simplifies load drive by using a compact and easily-installed geared motor and reaction wheel.
The spreader, which is designed for easy assembly, combines standard carrying trolleys that can be adapted to the transported load.
This new system allows customers to significantly reduce their costs: Savings of up to 50% on acquisition costs and up to 90% for equipment maintenance. A reduction of power consumption is also possible thanks, principally, to the installation of a single power source. Furthermore, CFC FrixLine uses clean technology that requires neither grease nor oil, and allows a significant reduction in noise levels.
A 100m loop has been installed at Cinetic Assembly in Montévrain, France, for customer demonstrations.
