A 3-Dimension HR Policy
At Fives, employees are at the heart of the Group’s human resources actions and policy: Dialog, Development and Diversity represent the three main vectors of this policy.
Dialog is one of Fives HR policy cornerstones. It is only possible for Fives to know its employees properly by listening to their expectations attentively.
Fives has therefore created a number of possibilities for employees to meet their managers and Human Resources to talk and reassure them that they are integrating well (starter meeting for new hires), that their projects and needs are being taken into account (career booster for internal job changes opportunities) and that they are satisfied (internal opinion survey every three years).

Skills and know-how within all teams are a key factor in guaranteeing Fives’ performance. Ensuring that skills are developed and making sure everyone adapts to the changes in their job is essential for Fives. The Human Resources Department has introduced tools that promote professional advancement and the expression of potential and talents.

Fives promotes diversity and has found ways to build common practices while observing cultural differences. The Group’s Human Resources policy is based on equality, non-discrimination, multiculturalism and a good gender balance.
This policy allows Fives to broaden its range of expertise and to give talented candidates an opportunity wherever they are, whatever their gender, age or nationality.
The Group has also introduced further actions to better support its disabled employees and expand hiring opportunities for disabled staff.
