1972: Acquisition by VALLOUREC
1977: Concentration of the three main activities, Mechanical Welding, Machining and Assembly within a single production workshop in Seclin
1984: Integration by the FIVES group
2003: The company is transformed into an independent branch and opens its activities to the external market outside the FIVES group
2007: The company is branded as Fives Industries to consolidate its role in the Group strategy to be a major player as a producer of large and heavy equipment for the plants of the future
