VSF Combustion is a high accuracy, modular system introduced as an alternative to our conventional automatic combustion system (which is single fan, square ported valve and bypass based) and is suitable for all 400 & 4000 Series forehearths and working ends.
This low maintenance modular design gives greater controllability and accuracy, fuel savings and a cost-effective installation. Each zone has only one moving part (the fan rotor assembly) which is precision balanced during manufacture for reliable, quiet operation. All settings are electronic so no re-calibration is required and accuracy is guaranteed. The whole system has been designed to be completely safe by the incorporation of pressure switches and gas shut-off valves.
