The shearing mechanism and the plunger mechanism have been designed so that they can be mounted as a direct replacement for the existing mechanical mechanisms, to suit any shearing angle. Adapter mountings are available in order to simplify the conversion which is also possible on most BH-F and non BH-F feeder types allowing reuse of many of the existing feeder components such as the conditioning section casing, spout casing, revolving tube mechanisms and plunger carrier.
