The BH-F 2500 temperature control system is a completely integrated,engineered and assembled system with single loop functionality.
Accurate control of the glass temperature in the forehearth is a requirement for consistent forming machine operation, and therefore the temperature of each zone is directly connected to a single control loop.
All operation parameters are set or monitored through a PC Windows based SCADA interface. Allowing line overviews with the granularity of single parameter adjustment. The whole system is configured to suit the customer's specific application. The Working End and each forehearth are accessed from one operator interface. The control system is alarmed and modular for low maintenance overheads.
