How to obtain the optimal output of the tube mill 

The best mill will have reduced performances if it is not supplemented by a high efficiency classifier separating the fine product (with the minimum amount of coarse material, for improved product quality) and the coarse material (with the minimum amount of fine product, for improved grinding efficiency and minimum mill power consumption). 
   
The TSV™ 3rd generation classifier developed by Fives FCB at the end of the eighties, perfectly fulfils these criteria thanks to its patented rotor blades profile and anti-vortex plates, which results in:
a minimal by-pass
an efficient product particle size distribution
a maximal cement strength with the minimal Blaine set point
a highest burnability of solid fuels
