The project management dept. ensures the execution of contracts within the contract terms and conditions, from coming into force till the final acceptance.
The project manager is the representative to the customer. He manages the project team constituted by the resources supplied by the various departments to realize the contract within the execution time schedule.
For the execution of the contracts, required skills are supplied by: the procurement department for procurement and inspection, execution department for logistics, civil works, steel structures, erection and commissioning, engineering department for electricity/automation.
The execution department prepares with the project manager and the technical depts. the execution time schedule and ensures its fulfillment.
