A team of high level process engineers, experienced in all aspects of cement fabrication, lie at the heart of Fives FCB.
For commercial offers, the engineering department determines the design, the sizing and the basic installation of the plant and workshops, and prepares the corresponding specifications and preliminary general arrangement drawings.
The corresponding quotation is ensured by the procurement department in collaboration with the resources delegated by the execution department (steel structure, civil works, erection, electricity/automation).
This commercial phase is managed by a team constituted of a commercial engineer and a technical project engineer.
Upon contract effectiveness, the basic design, the sizing and the installation studies are managed until their completion by the same technical project engineer to lead to the procurement of equipment and detailed design.
This execution phase is worked out with the collaboration and under the control of the project manager.
