Fives DMS (Fives Group ) will design, supply and commission one Cold Annealing and Pickling Line and one reversing Skin Pass Mill to be installed in BENXI new Stainless Steel Cold Rolling Plant in BENXI, People Republic of China.
The line will be designed for strip up to 1350 mm, a thickness of 0.2 to 3 mm. The maximum process speed will be 80 m / min and the line output 200 000 t / year.
The Skin Pass Mill will be designed for strip width up to 1350 mm as well, a thickness of 0.25 to 3 mm. The mill will be operated at 600 m / min and the output will be 280000 t / year.
The commissioning of the line is schedule by the end of 2009.
