This station provides an extremely fast heating but most importantly, it insures heat temperature accuracy and great homogeneity
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BRAZING WORKSTATION
Each rotor short circuit ring has is own brazing inductor, the change time of an inductor is reduced thanks to a quick disconnect device placed on water inlet and outlet.
The Celes IS inverter with his large impedance range, adapts automatically to the inductor without changing anything in the capacitor bank or at the transformer.
Pre-programmed brazing recipes allow to have heating ramps and a full temperature control for each type of rotor.
