Operating principle
The Fives Celes transistor generator is a static frequency converter generally intended for induction applications. It acts as a voltage supply to a serial resonance circuit. This set-up enables covering of the range medium frequency from 2,5 to 50 kHz.
The Celes IS generator allows you to heat quick your part without CO² rejection in the air. Available from 50kW to 4 000kW the Celes IS is ideal for non contact heating and for a repeatable process.

The Celes IS has full protections against all operational hazards:
Inductor short circuit protection
Open inductor fault condition
Overload protection etc.
Control of your heating process
Solid and reproductible processes are possible thanks to pre-set heating recipes.

Temperature regulation with pyrometer or thermocouple power control
